Admission Requirements

Madina Masjid warmly welcomes external students who are interested in pursuing religious education. Below are the key details regarding the admission process:

Eligibility:

  • Students from around the world are invited to apply.
  • Age requirements:
  • Secondary level: Students must be between 12 and 14 years old.
  • Higher secondary level: Students must be between 15 and 17 years old.

Admission Criteria:

Applicants should fulfil the following criteria:
    • Profess the Islamic faith and beliefs.
    • For secondary level admission:
      • Possess the ability to read the Holy Quran.
      • Preferably hold a middle school certificate or equivalent.
      • Admission testing and evaluation are mandatory.

    The institution conducts classes in Arabic, English, and Urdu, so students should have a good command of all three languages.

Rules and Regulations:

  • Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations specified in the admission form.
  • The institution places great emphasis on student training and discipline.

Foreign Students

  • Foreign students should contact the embassy in their home country to obtain the necessary visa. Please note that tourist visas are not accepted.
  • Transportation expenses and tickets are not covered by the institution.
  • However, from the time of admission, students receive free education, books, medical treatment, food, and accommodation.
  • The academic year commences on the 16th of Shawwal. To ensure a smooth transition, it is advisable for students to arrive at the institution one month in advance.

Sponsorship and Scholarships

    • Free Education: Students receive education free of charge in all departments of the institution.
    • No Fees: There are no fees or charges for students.
    • Textbook Provision: The institution provides textbooks to students.
    • Accommodation Support: Free accommodation is offered in the Darul-Iqama of the institution.
    Financial Assistance: Stipends, food, treatment, and other necessities are provided to financially disadvantaged students.

Admission Form

Prohibitions
  • Candidate should not indulge in any activity or keep anything that is against the Shariat especially within the premises of Madrasah as well as should not indulge cinema, Video etc. and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • The students were not allowed to join any kind of political, regional or any kind of party or to work in any organization which is not mentioned above OR can cause of hindrance in the acquisition of knowledge.
  • It is forbidden to dissent about the accommodation and food provided by the madrassa to the student.
  • Riot of any kind, individual or collective, is prohibited. It is an unforgivable offense to speak against the madrassa or any of its teachers or against the madrassa.
  • It is prohibited for the student to be involved in any political party and to have academic engagements, teaching tuitions, during the course of studies.
  • In case of violation of the above instructions, further action will be taken against the student which is expulsion from the institution.
